On the last day of zihajjeh month of 1321
(Arabic year, Hejri), Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Tabatabaii was born in Shad Abad
village of Tabriz city. His mother died when he was so young (five years old)
moreover, his father died when he was nine years old. Then one man who was his
father’s executor supervised him and his brother Mohammad Hossan.
