Imam Khomeini (P.B.U.H) the most famous book is published for twenty second time
The book “Velaiat Faghih or
Islamic Government” is a collection of thirteen sessions of Imam Khomeini (P.B.U.H)
teaching classes From Zigha’deh 13, 1389 (H.Q) to Zi Hajjeh second, 1389 (H.Q) according
to Bahman 1 to 20, 1348 (H.SH) while he settled in holy Najaf. During those
times these courses were published in various ways some times completely or
sometimes a part of them, as a matter of fact this book was published in Beirut
in fall, 1349 after holy Imam (P.B.U.H) confirmation.
Twenty second edition of this
book is published by Oruj publication institute. First edition was published by
Imam Khomeini (P.B.U.H) work regulating and publication institute in 1373 which
was accompanied with descriptive margins and a collection of contents, verses
contents, anecdotes, books announcement, Fiqhi and logical expression.
An important part of the book
“Velaiat Faqih” specialized to express the difference between Islamic
government and other governments and it was pointed that Islamic government is
special form of constitutional government it means it is provisory to Islam
laws, so from Imam Khomeini (P.B.U.H) perspective legislative branch duty is programming
for different ministries and government organizations with in the limits of
Islamic laws not in common use of legislation I other governments.
In the continuation of
Velaiat Faqih issues Imam Khomeini (P.B.U.H) pointed to the condition of ruling
which is natural in Islamic governing and said: there are two more condition
for the ruler which are awareness of law and justice in addition to wisdom and foresight.
Velaiat Faqih in absence century
is the title of other parts of this book. With emphasizing to pervious issues Imam
Khomeini (P.B.U.H) said: <<now we are in the absence century and we
should perform the Islamic rules more over God does not determine some body who
perform the rules for this time so what should we do?>> at last after
analyzing this issue he came to this conclusion that <<God set the
characteristics of the government which was from the beginning of Islam to holy
Imam ZAman (A.J) or the time of absence time and the time after that. This characteristic
is awareness of law and justice which is presented in many of our century
Foghaha, if they become united they can form public just government.>>
and then he pointed that Velaiat Fagih is rational credit issue and all authorities
that the prophet and Imams had is stable for Faqih too.
After these issues Imam Khomeini
(P.B.U.H) pointed to high proposes of the government and characteristics for
the governor. Then he mentioned some anecdotes and reasoning to prove Velaiat
in the meaning of achieving the government. Great part of this book is
concluded of these issues. The end of this book is specialized to program and
long fight to achieve to this divine goal. In this part first Imam Khomeini
(P.B.U.H) pointed to promotions and trainings and the importance of them and he
said: society should be in the service of these two issues. About this we
should encounter like Ashura, we should do some thing that caused wave about
Islamic government and movements found. We should not wait for a soon results but
we should think of long fight.
The necessity of paying attention to training issues and promotions, seminary schools correction, stopping colonialism intellectual and ethical effects, correction of those who are sanctimonious and soon are some of issues which were debated in this book.
